activities in addition to the longest tubing
lanes and beautifully manicured cross-country
ski trails. These include:
Biathlon Experience - The Olympic Sport of Biathlon,
is a fun and challenging test. Combining cross country skiing or snowshoeing with use of the
Olympic shooting range in the winter and ‘on foot’ or by mountain bike
experience in the summer.
Rocky Mountain Outfitters - Enjoy a scenic horseback ride high on the south slope
of the Historic Soldier Hollow Valley. Trail rides leave daily and are available year-round.
Golf Course - Soldier Hollow Golf Course is a championship, 36-hole
facility offering challenging
play for golfers of all abilities and amazing views of the Heber Valley and
majestic Mount Timpanogos.
Mountain Biking - Soldier Hollow
hosts competition Mountain Biking events such as the Intermountain Cup Series,
Sundance/Soldier Hollow Mountain Bike Series, TUNA Mountain Challenge.
Recreational self-guided tours are also available on the marked trails.
Snowshoeing - For
those wanting to explore Soldier Hollow at a slower pace, or for a
nature
photographer capturing the raptors or moose that frequent Soldier
Hollow, snowshoeing is a great alternative to skiing.
Charter School - The Soldier Hollow
Charter School, with eighty students in grades 1-8, is an integral part of the
Legacy of Soldier Hollow.
