Tucked in the southwest corner of the peaceful Heber
Valley, Soldier Hollow is a special place to hold group activities.
Protected from commercial development by tens of thousands of acres
of State and Federal land, Soldier Hollow is an ideal, conveniently
located getaway from the commotion of city life.
Whether in the evening (with the twinkling lights of the valley
below), or in the day with a great range of recreational activities,
a group function, wedding reception or party at Soldier Hollow is
assured to be memorable.
Among the more unusual functions, Soldier Hollow has, since the
Olympics, been the site of a Disney movie, staged the filming of
national television commercials, hosted small, intimate work
sessions by nationally prominent business and government leaders
(including a break for a fun competition at the biathlon range), and
many sports events, including the North American Unicycle
Championships.
Have a diverse group, age range and fitness levels? While all of our
activities are geared to full access (including our biathlon range),
there may be no better group activity than the Soldier Hollow tubing
hill. Everyone can participate (our oldest to date was 84). Soldier
Hollow specializes in providing a mainstream experience for those
who may need special assistance. We have a transition area from
wheelchair to tube, and also welcome visually impaired 'tubers'.
Everyone can be a part of Soldier Hollow.
